Prefer to delete from the app? Open KYZO → Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account". This is instant and doesn't require email verification.
If you no longer have access to the KYZO app, you can request account deletion below. We will verify your identity via the email associated with your account and permanently delete all your data within 7 business days.

- Your profile, health data, and fitness history will be deleted
- Progress photos and meal logs will be removed
- Active subscriptions will be cancelled
- Carrot credits and achievements will be lost
- This cannot be undone
