Welcome to KYZO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KYZO mobile application ("App") provided by Dream Forge Mobile Pte. Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using KYZO, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Subscriptions are additionally governed by our End User License Agreement (EULA).
1. Use of the App
You must be at least 13 years old to use KYZO. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. User Accounts
You may create an account using email, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Health & Medical Disclaimer
KYZO is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App provides general wellness information, fitness plans, nutritional estimates, and AI-generated health insights for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before:
- Starting any new exercise program
- Making significant dietary changes
- Making any health decision based on App data or AI output
Nutritional information, calorie estimates, macro calculations, and any output of the Medical Report Scanner are approximate and may be inaccurate. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.
4. Assumption of Risk — Physical Activity
Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including injury. By using KYZO's workouts, programs, and activity tracking, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks and confirm that you are physically able to participate. You are solely responsible for exercising safely and within your limits.
5. AI-Powered Features
KYZO uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to provide:
- Nutritional analysis of food photos and labels
- Medical report scanning and summaries
- Personalized health insights and recommendations
- AI chat for wellness questions and workout/meal plan suggestions
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs. Do not rely solely on AI responses for medical, dietary, or fitness decisions.
6. In-App Purchases & Carrot Credits
KYZO offers in-app purchases including carrot credits and premium features:
- All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Carrot credits are a virtual currency used to access AI features within the App
- Carrot credits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Carrot credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Free carrot credits may be earned by watching advertisements
- We reserve the right to modify the carrot credit system, pricing, and earning mechanisms at any time
7. Subscriptions
KYZO offers auto-renewable premium subscriptions (offered on monthly and annual terms, which may include a free trial):
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store or Google Play account settings
- Refunds are handled per Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies

8. Advertisements
KYZO may display advertisements through Google AdMob. You may optionally watch rewarded advertisements to earn carrot credits. Ad content is provided by third-party ad networks and is not controlled by us.
9. User-Generated Content & Community Rules
Content you create within the App (e.g., meal logs, workout notes, profile information) remains yours. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process this data to provide App functionality. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others' rights.
Where content is shared with other users (friend tags, shared meals, Wellness Circle feeds), you must not post content that is abusive, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable. You can report content or users from within the App and block or mute any user. We review reports promptly, may remove violating content, and may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of KYZO — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, exercise programs, recipes, and software — are the exclusive property of Dream Forge Mobile Pte. Ltd. and are protected by intellectual property laws.
11. Prohibited Activities
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the App's source code
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities
- Sharing or redistributing App content without permission
- Impersonating other users
12. Disclaimers
KYZO is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream Forge Mobile Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of KYZO, including but not limited to injuries from exercise, health complications, or reliance on AI-generated content.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
